For those of you who have been trying to conceive (TTC) for greater than one year, and are under the age of 35, you may wish to get a work-up (the term us doctors use when we go through diagnostic tests to determine a cause for a condition). For women older than 35, and you have been trying for six months, it's a good idea to get an assessment.
If you have regular periods, and you still want to try naturally, then having sex during your fertile window is the key. However, do not take my word for it. Or the word of your friend who got pregnant without trying. Or the folks who tell you just to relax and it will happen. That you shouldn't over think it, because that's contributing to the stress of trying to conceive. Remember, this is your journey, not anyone else's.
I thought I would share this video with you, since it debunks a few things that are posted on the TTC FaceBook groups. Enjoy!
